The ingredients are combined to create a thick batter, and are then deep fried to make it crisp from outside, soft and fluffy from inside. These crisply, fluffy, crunchy, snack is very addictive and is commonly served with coconut chutney as dipping. There are many different versions of Bonda recipes.
